Welcome

If you resonate with a sustainable, systemic, people-based development approach it will be my honour to co-create, exchange ideas, inspire and facilitate in any possible way that can empower the visions you carry personally, with a team or with any type of organization.

I believe

My work around the world over the last two decades has shown me that despite all our personal and cultural differences, we are very similar when it comes to our basic needs and dreams. We want to share, participate, influence, help, be acknowledged, grow and do good. We want to be loved and to love! When we start to work with and acknowledge this simple baseline it’s possible to create amazing results and transformations on individual, team and organizational levels.

3 key factors / Process, Dialogue, Wisdom perspectives

3 key factors

I work with three main key factors that in functional ways have a direct and positive impact on changing, not only the way we think, but also the way we relate, engage, act and create:

1. Process

The way we approach our visions, goals and processes makes the difference. If we are looking for better long term results the key is more engagement, ownership and involvement. An instrumental strategic approach can take us a part of the way, but if we want to not only succeed with our operations, but also to see the patient survive we need to integrate a deeper aspect of human psychology into our way of looking at our processes and understand success in a broader and more holistic way. Facilitation in theory and practice is a simple, powerful and effective way to create better results through better processes.

2. dialogUE

In systemic thinking and practice our language and our relationships are key to the way we perceive our life, our work life and the world in general. Most of us know this, but many of us have no proper training or tools to work conscious with it on a day to day basis. When we start to create a conscious structured approach to work with our inner dialogues and daily communication, we not only increase the conditions for better relationships we change our experience of our self and others for the better and release new levels of internal and external potential. Teams and organizations that makes this understanding part of their product and service will have far greater chances of achieving their objectives and goals.

3. WISDOM PERSPECTIVES

Not all development is experienced as progress. Real progress is a result of making sustainable changes that has the potential to change the world for the better in the long run. Short term thinking is the opposite of integrating a wisdom perspective to our leadership. This does not mean going back to the old ways of life but merely to acknowledge that both the past, the present and the future are great teachers and we can learn from them equally. We tend to run so fast that we have no time to look at our past in our eager to be the first to reach the future. Each one of us carries experience, understanding and wisdom within us. The source of acknowledging and integrating this aspect in our approach to leadership has immeasurable value to this very now and our shared future.

On a practical level these key elements can be worked with in so many interesting and rewarding ways.
